On October 29, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Border Service Directorate of the Federal Security Service (FSS) of Russia for Saratov and Samara regions Yuriy Urvanov discussed a number of issues of interaction of the republic and the Directorate including ensuring safety in the republic.

On 28 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of the Regional Public Organization “The Tatarstan Community”  held in the Pashkov House in Moscow which is one of architectural monuments of the Russian capital.

On 28 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an off-site meeting of the Russian Security Council held by the Secretary of the Council Sergei Shoigu in Nizhniy Novgorod of Volga Federal District with participation of the Russian Presidential Envoy of the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, representatives of leaderships of Nizhniy Novgorod and Saratov regions, Bashkortostan and branch ministries and directorates.
Speaking at the meeting, Sergei Shoigu said: “We have gathered here not just to report about the work done. Our key task is to carry out a detailed analysis of the situation and efficiency of measures taken, what really works, where the blind spots are and what issues arise at the intersection of the powers of federal and regional authorities, law enforcement agencies, and economic entities”.

 

On 27 October in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax authorities based on the results of the execution of the consolidated budget of the republic for 9 months of 2025, with the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin also taking part in it.

On 21 October at their working meeting in Moscow Russian Minister of Construction and Housing Utilities Sector Irek Fayzullin and Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin discussed issues of infrastructural development and reconstruction of new regions, such as the results of work within the framework of patronage assistance provided by Tatarstan to the cities of Lisichansk and Rubezhnoye (LPR) carried out by an errand from the Russian President. 

On 18 October, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported  that as of today 42  thousand hectares of sugar beet have been harvested and sugar plants of the republic have processed  593 thousand tonnes of raw material producing 82 thousand tonnes of sugar.

On 18 October, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Tatarstan cities development” Nailya Zunnatullina has reported that all work by the Our Yard programmed planned for 2025 has been completed.

On 17 October, speaking at the 14th session of the State Council of the republic held in the Saydashev Concert Hall in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said in his address: “In the current year Tatarstan continues to develop and occupies a leading position in the country in terms of many socio-economic indicators. All successes and achievements of the republic are the result of joint work of our multi-ethnic people.”

He expressed gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian Government for their continuous support of implementation of initiatives and projects in the republic and also spoke about events held in Kazan during celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII). 

On 16 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov took part in the VIII International Forum “Russian Energy week” held in Moscow on 15-17 October with participation of representatives from 85 countries.

The forum is the key international platform for discussing important issues of the development of fuel and energy complex and multilateral energy cooperation in the multi-polar world and on the sidelines of the forum Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony when Rector of State Power Engineering University Edvard Abdullazyanov signed agreements with the Inter RAO-Electrogeneration” Company and the “Reliable generation” Charitable Fund.

On 16 October in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaymiev, who is also the Chairman of the Trustees Council of the regional Revival Fund, had a meeting with the Director General of the State Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky, who came to Kazan to take part in a ceremony of opening a new exposition “The Yusupovs. Luxury across the Centuries” at the Hermitage Kazan Exposition Center and which has been prepared especially for the 20th anniversary of the Hermitage’s first representational centre established in 2005 by celebrations of the Kazan Millennium.
