On 12 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the organizational committee for preparation and holding the international energy forum “Energoprom” held by the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev by videoconference Opening the meeting, the Russian Minister reminded that the forum will be held in Kazan on 1-3 April 2026.

On 12 February at their meeting on the sidelines of the resulting collegium of Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture and Food held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov and the Director General of Rosagroleasing Company Pavel Kosov discussed issues of further interaction, the use of leasing mechanisms for agricultural enterprises and interaction in technical and technological modernization of agribusiness.

On 12 February before the beginning of the resulting collegium of Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture and Food, held at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov looked round stands of the specialized agricultural exposition “Kazan Agro-2026” where key agribusiness companies and enterprises in cattle breeding and horticulture, agricultural machinery and implementation of digital technologies   demonstrated their achievements.

On 12 February before the beginning of the resulting collegium of Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture and Food, held at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in keys for 10 specialized GAZ dump trucks to the Main Veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic for the collection of biological waste in populated areas of municipal districts. Also participating in the ceremony were Russian Deputy Minister of Agriculture Roman Nekrasov, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, the Head of the Main Veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Timur Galeev and other officials.

On 11 February, speaking at a meeting with lecturers of events dedicated to the Russian Science Day held in Rameev IT Park in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the economy of the republic needs a constant inflow of qualified scientific and engineering specialists.

On 9 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov and Saudi Arabia Minister of Investment Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih.

Speaking at the meeting, the Rais of the republic emphasized the importance of cooperation with Saudi Arabia for Tatarstan within the framework of relations of our countries. He also stated that representatives of Saudi Arabia are in the group of active participants of the Russia-the Islamic World Strategic Vision Group.

On 9 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a tour round the International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Saudi Arabia” and in the main plenary session “Energy of cooperation: innovations for the industrial future”.

In his speech he thanked the hosts for the excellent organization of the event and the opportunity to present the products of Tatarstan companies at an international venue.

On 9 February, speaking at his meeting with His Highness Prince Nayef Al Saud, who is also the Chairman of the Board and a strategic partner of a number of companies, including Durah Al-Fodah General Contracting Company, AlMunifat International Distinguished Oil and Gas Company and others, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized the importance of cooperation with Saudi Arabia for Tatarstan within the framework of relations of our countries.

In his address on the occasion of the Russian Science Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated scientists, researchers and lecturers of the republic with the event and wrote: “Science has always been and remains one of the main driving forces of progress and foundation for the development of economy, social sphere and education. Due to your talent, work and dedication to your vocation Tatarstan occupies the leading positions in many scientific spheres starting from petrochemical and IT technologies to biotechnologies and materials engineering. Today, based on glorious traditions of Russian and Tatarstan scientists, you are making a substantial contribution into ensuring scientific and technological sovereignty of Russia and solve the most important tasks of import replacement, digitalization and sustainable development.

On 7 February, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin with all municipalities  taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported about the condition and prospects of development of the reclamation complex of the republic.
