On October 12, at the Tulpar Stadium in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin attended the 2025 Russian Rugby Championship final match between Strela-Ak Bars (Kazan) and Dynamo (Moscow). Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Russian Rugby Federation Igor Artemyev attended the match.

On 12 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Hero of Russia Aleksandr Lapin, the regional Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Aid to the Prime Minister of the republic Vladimir Maystrenko and other officials took part in a solemn opening of the Memory Garden Square in Vvedenskaya Sloboda of Verkhniy Uslon region of the republic.

On 11 October, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov summarized results of work of a delegation from the republic at the XIV St Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF) held in the North capital of Russia on 8-10 October and which set forth main vectors of the gas market development and long term strategic goals.

He informed that on the sidelines of the Forum he had a number of meetings, took part in a plenary session and  in a videoconference of connecting the new residential block of the Aldermysh Settlement in Vysokaya Gora region of the republic to gas network.

At his meeting with the Chairman of the Gazprom Board Aleksey Miller they discussed further cooperation in the broad range of issues and implementation of a number of projects in the republic, he said.

Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the expositions of achievements of industrial enterprises of the republic and a national stand demonstrating Tatar culture and traditions as well as the hospitality zone “the Tatar Homestead” organized by the Tatpotrebsoyuz.

The Rais of the republic also informed about work and results of the first business-forum “TIME: Russia-India. Mutual Efficiency” held in Kazan on 8-9 October with about 3 500 participants where 19 agreements were signed, including those of attracting manpower from India.

“Cooperation with India is very important for us. We know the achievements it has in the spheres of IT, medicine, pharmaceuticals, innovations and technological development. We should continue the traditions of having this forum in the future and use it as a platform for exchanging experience, establishing business contacts and searching new projects with India. There is also great interest from our Indian partners, and we will work actively,” Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.

In conclusion the Rais of the republic congratulated agribusiness workers with their professional holiday the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers celebrated in Russia on 12 October and gave an errand to heads of cities and regions to pay special attention to the agribusiness old-stagers

On 10 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Member of the State Council of the republic Danis Zaripov and the regional Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov took part in a ceremony of handing over sports equipment and inventory to sports hockey teams held in the Sport Palace in Kazan.

On 10 October at their meeting in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the representative office of the Head of Chechnya in Tatarstan Eli Kagarbekov discussed issues of further strengthening the cooperation and interaction of Tatarstan and Chechnya on the interregional level.

On 9 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov took part in a plenary session “Gas Market 2025-2035: new outlines under transformation conditions” of the XIV St Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF) which discussed trends of the natural gas global market development and prospects of the international cooperation under the conditions of changing economic and geopolitical situation.

On 9 October during the XIV St Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF) the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov, the Chairman of the Gazprom Board Aleksey Miller, the Minister of Energy of Russia Sergey Tsivilev and the Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Company Sergey Gustov took part by videoconference in a solemn ceremony of   connecting a new residential block of Aldermysh Settlement in Vysokaya Gora region of Tatarstan to the gas network. 

On 9 October during the XIV St Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF) the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov, the Chairman of the Gazprom Board Aleksey Miller and the Minister of Energy of Russia Sergey Tsivilev visited two stands of the republic located at the industrial exhibition and demonstrating advanced developments of 18 enterprises of the republic and opportunities of joint work in the fuel and energy complex.

On 8 October, speaking at his meeting with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar on the sidelines of the XIV St Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Kazakhstan remains one of the key trade partners of the republic and the trade turnover for the first six months of the current year has shown a positive dynamics.

On 8 October at their working meeting on the sidelines of the XIV St Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF) the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of St Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov discussed prospects of bilateral interaction in industry, power economy and other key spheres.
