On September 8, speaking at a meeting of the organizing committee and jury members of the XXI Kazan International Film Festival "Altyn Minbar", which was held in the capital of Tatarstan from September 5 to 9 under the motto "Through the dialogue of cultures - to the culture of dialogue", Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Vasil Shaykhraziev, who chaired this meeting, thanked the jury members for their attention to the festival and noted its growing authority. "The Kazan International Film Festival continues to develop, its geography and number of participants are expanding. This year we are celebrating a record number of applications, which indicates the importance of our forum," he emphasized.

On 8 September the Chief   of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, the regional Minister for Youth Affairs Rinat Sadykov, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Law and Order of the State Council of the republic and the Hero of Russia Rasim Basikov took part in a ceremony of launching the first in-person module of the educational project “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” for veterans of the special military operation  which will make it possible for them to receive  new qualification diplomas as well as skills and knowledge needed for working in state and local self-government bodies.

On 8 September in his address to financiers dedicated to their professional holiday, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Day of Russian Financier and wrote: “The financial system is the foundation of the stability of the republic and a guarantee of the sustainable development of economy.

On September 7, in Moscow, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin attended the final match of Kazan rugby club Strela-Ak Bars, which won the 2025 Russian Cup.

On 7 September in his address dedicated to the Day of Oil and Gas Workers, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated them with their professional holiday and thanked them for their dedicated work 

He wrote: “The whole dynamics of the modern world, its development and progress are ensured by the achievements of the oil and gas complex. Transport, industry and power sector which are the key sectors of economy, function due to resources provided by petrochemical branch of economy. 

On September 6, speaking at a solemn event in Almetyevsk, dedicated to the Days of Employees of Oil and Gas Industry, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the oil and gas complex is a strategic foundation of the republic’s economy, forming one-fifth of budget revenues. Minnikhanov noted that on this day we honor geologists, drillers, operators, engineers and all those who ensure the continuous operation of the oil and gas complex. «This holiday can rightly be considered the one whose daily work creates infrastructure of oil cities and provides a comfortable life for industry workers», the Rais of the republic said.

He stated that last year Tatarstan produced 33.8 million tonnes of oil. About two-thirds of this volume is processed at two major Tatarstan facilities, oil refining companies - TANECO and TAIF-NK - with a processing depth of over 99 per cent.

On 6 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov, who went on a working trip to Almetyevsk to take part in events dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Oil and Gas Workers, visited a perinatal center, the construction of which has been just completed.

On 6 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the Director of the Fund “Institute of the Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina reported that the regional Our Yard Programme 2025 has been completed by 95%, with road work finished by 98 per cent and its completion panned by 30 September and lighting installation completed in 653 yards which is 99 per cent of the planned.

On 6 September, speaking at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported about the harvest campaign progress, work of grain drying complexes and forage conservation.

He stated that despite rains harvest work is going on with 971 thousand hectares or 79 per cent of the area already harvested and 3m 827 thousand tonnes of grain threshed.

On 5 September during his working trip to Vladivostok the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the venue of the X Eastern Economic Forum where he took part in a plenary session which this year is held under the slogan of “The Far East – cooperation for peace and prosperity”. Traditionally, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech at the meeting, where he set a number of tasks for the Federal Government and outlined the prospects for the development of the Far East.
