On 4 September by an errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, a delegation from the republic headed by the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chief   of Staff of the Office of the Rais Asgat Safarov visited the Town of Rubezhnoe .

A local school which has undergone capital overhaul has become the main point of the visit and the delegation together with the school Headmaster Irina Dubovik and the Acting Mayor of the town Yevgeniy Shatalin looked round classrooms, gyms and the library.

On 4 September during his working trip to Aktanysh, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Chief Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan Irek Kadamov and the Head of Aktanysh region Lenar Zaripov visited a new fire station unit №103.

On 4 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening a new building of the admissions and diagnostics unit of Aktanysh Central Local Hospital.

The Hospital, which provides medical services to about 12 thousand people every year, was reconstructed several times since it was built in 1949, and, to improve the quality of services, the new building was built in 2025 by the decision of the Rais of the republic.

On 4 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnijhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and the Head of Aktanysh region Lenar Zaripov went on a working trip to the region where he had a meeting with machine operators involved in harvesting work, heads of agricultural enterprises and of rural settlements.   
The Head of the region informed that harvest has been completed by 68% with 98 thousand tonnes of new yield grain threshed. The sowing of winter plants is planned on 11 thousand hectares, he said. 

 

On September 3, at the team base in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the management, players, coaching staff and personnel of the hockey club "Ak Bars" before the start of the games of the 2025/2026 season of the Continental Hockey League Сhampionship.

On 3 September in Innopolis the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a workshop-meeting with directors of industrial enterprises of the republic dedicated to the issues of introduction and operation of robotics in production, where its participants discussed world trends in industrial  robotics, the existing state support measures, solutions in productions automation, demand and challenges the branch faces.

On 3 September, congratulating residents of Tatarstan with the Day of Military Honour dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory over militaristic Japan and the end of the WWII, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin wrote in his address: “This date has a special meaning as the most bloodshed war of the twentieth century ended 80 years ago. After the completion of the Great Patriotic War soldiers of the Red Army continued to fight for freedom of friendly countries occupied by Japanese aggressors.

On 2 September during his working trip to Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a strategic session on raising housing affordability for citizens held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin. 

On 1 September at his meeting with heads of enterprises and institutions, of rural settlements and the group of activists of the region during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that in the first six months of the current year local enterprises have shipped more than 427bn rubles of produces, having occupied the third place in the republic. 

On 1 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board, the Director General of the SIBUR Company Mikhail Karisalov took part in a ceremony of the first pile sinking on the construction site of the next building of the Ship Grove recreation facility in Nizhnekamsk.
