On 25 September Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced Ilya Nachvin, who was appointed the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic to the staff of the Ministry.

On 24 September the Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the XХI session of the Advisory Council of Heads of state power bodies managing public material reserves in the CIS Member States held by the Head of the Federal Agency for State Reserves (Rosrzerve) Dmitry Gogin in Kazan.

On 23 September, speaking at a meeting of the organizing committee on preparation of the International Forum “Russia-the Islamic world: KazanForum”  held by the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin in Moscow with all responsible ministries, directorates and number of Russian regions taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head ) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  said: ”We can see the growing interest of domestic and foreign colleagues to the International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic world: KazanForum” the aim of which is to be a point of meeting, a dialogue and cooperation of our country and the Islamic world.”

On 22 September the Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a start to the implementation of a large scale project of construction of the specialized Archery Center in Kazan which marks an important stage in the development of the sports infrastructure of the city and the republic.

On 22 September in the Government House of the republic The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Supervisory Council of Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ) which considered projects of 10 residents and two new partners of the SEZ with the total amount of investments more than 11bn rubles and envisaging creating 790 jobs. The total taxes from the project implementation will make more than 7.3bn rubles for the following five years and the average salary will be 178 700 rubles.

On 22 September the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov took part in the first session of the Kazan City Duma of the fifth convocation which elected Ilsur Metshin the Head of Kazan Municipality and the Mayor of Kazan.

For the first time the candidates to the post were chosen by a commission and the final list was approved by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

On 21 September the King of Malaysia High Highness Sultan Ibrahim accompanied by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the town of Bolgar in Spassk region of the republic, where he was welcomed with bread and salt and the Tatar national treat – chak-chak.

Sultan Ibrahim and Rustam Minnikhanov looked round Bolgar, attended the museum and got acquainted with the history of the town and its main attractions.

On 20 September, speaking at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that at the elections held in the republic on 14 September residents of the republic elected the Rais of the republic and their 7 500 representatives to local councils.

On 20 September, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin in the Government House of the republic, with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that the grain harvest has entered its final stages in the republic and approximately 40 000 hectares remain to be threshed.

On 19 September upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the King of Malaysia His Royal Highness Sultan Ibrahim was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
