On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan. 

On 5 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting summarizing results of work of the Arbitration Court of the republic in 2025, where the Chairman of the Court Vitaliy Gilmutdinov informed that the court staffing level at the end of the reporting period was 288 people.

On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.

On 4 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda to the Russian Federation Moses Kawaaluuko Kizige discussed issues of further development of relations within the framework of cooperation of Russia and Uganda.

On 2 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin and the Head of Arsk region Almaz Khisamutdinov visited the Arsk central mosque after its capital overhaul. 

On 2 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session dedicated to the 195th anniversary of consumer cooperation system in Russia held in the Village of Chirpy in Vysokaya Gora region of the republic.

On 2 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new rural shop opened under the KOOP OKOLO brand in Dubyazy in Vysokaya Gora region of the republic and, accompanied by the Chairman of the Russian Council of Centrsoyuz and the First Deputy Director General of the X5 Vladimir Salakhutdinov, looked round it and gave assessment of its work.

On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.

On 28 February at his meeting with the Governor of the Amur region Valisiy Orlov in the House of Russia-China Friendship in Blagoveshchensk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov, who is currently on a working trip to the region, thanked his counterpart for having invited a delegation from the republic to the ZimFestAmur Festival and said: “Traditionally, culture and sport make a significant contribution to the development of multifaceted cooperation between Russia and China, including that at the regional level. It is important that our peoples, especially our youth, have a unique opportunity to get to know each other’s customs and traditions, as well as to demonstrate their sporting spirit.”
