On 14 November during his working trip to China the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Shenzhen Genew Co., Ltd. Company which is the national high-tech enterprise of China established in 2005 and specializing in the development of basic communications equipment and comprehensive digital solutions for two key segments, namely public networks of telecom operators and corporate (departmental) networks.

On 14 November during his working trip to China, speaking at his meeting with the Vice-Mayor of Shenzhen Luo Huanghao, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov shared his memories when he was in Shenzhen for the first time in 2011 taking part in a solemn ceremony of opening the 26th World Students Sports Games.  Then Kazan took up the baton and hosted the next Universiade in 2013. “I am happy to say that that Kazan and Shenzhen are the twin-cities since 2012,” the Rais of the republic noted.

On 14 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the city of Innopolis and the Guangming district, which is one of nine districts in the city of Shenzhen with the population of about 1.12m people. The document was signed by the Mayor of Innopolis Dmitriy Vandyukov and the Matos of the District Qiu Haohang.

On 14 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to Zhejiang where he attended the 27th China Hi-Tech Fair 2025 held from 14 to 16 November and with participation of more than five thousand people and about 400 thousand professional visitors from all over the world.

On 13 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to the City of Huzhou where, during his working trip to China, he had a meeting with the Secretary of the CPC Huzhou Municipal Committee Chen Hao.  

Speaking at the meeting, the Rais of the republic said that it is his first visit to the city and briefly told about Tatarstan as one of industrially developed regions of Russia. Having emphasized that the republic is expanding a portfolio of joint innovative and industrial projects with China, he concluded that Tatarstan is ready to work together with Huzhou companies and enterprises.

On 13 November during his working trip to China the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the  head-quarters of the Chinese LinGin Company, which is a part of the Chinese industrial Geely Holding Group – one of the largest private technological and automotive conglomerates of China.

On 13 November, speaking at his meeting with the Vice Governor of the Zhejiang province  of China Lu Shan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Hangzhou (the capital of  Zhejiang province)  stated that currently Russia-China relations are at a unprecedentedly high level. China is the main partner of Russia in the amount of bilateral trade and Tatarstan as one of regions of Russia is making its contribution into strengthening this cooperation.

On 11 November Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chief Federal Inspector for the republic Viktor Demidov took part in a videoconference reception of citizens held by Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov which considered an issues of capital overhaul of the therapeutic wing of the inpatient department of the Aksubaevo Central District Hospital which was built in 1996 in the urban-type settlement of Aksubaevo (Tatarstan).

On November 11, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Director of the Multifunctional Centre for State and Municipal Services in Tatarstan Lenara Muzafarova advised residents to use chat-bot in MAX messenger to make an appointment at the Multifunctional Centre offices.

On November 11, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Aquatics Palace, where the Russian Short Course Swimming Championships (25m) takes place 7-12 November and welcomed its participants, coaches, organizers and guests of the tournament.
