On 17 February during their working trip to Nizhnekamsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mikhail Yurin and the Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov took part in a ceremony of putting into operation a new Sovital plant which will manufacture refrigerating equipment for retail and catering.

On 17 February during their working trip to Nizhnekamsk, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the SIBUR Mikhail Karisalov got acquainted with progress of implementation of key projects at the Nizhnemaskneftekhim (which is a part on the SIBUR).

The first facility Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Karisalov visited was the modernized mechanical repair plant, where more than 10bn rubles were invested for the replacement of nearly one thousand out of date machines by highly-precise CNC controlled ones and 21 various shops were organized of 229.

On 16 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Denis Manturov, the Director General of the Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov and the Director General of the KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin took part in a ceremony of putting into operation a new manufacture of axles for KAMAZ produced trucks.

On 16 February, speaking at a meeting of the Naberezhnyye Chelny City Council, which summarized results of the social and economic development of the city in 2025, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Naberezhnyye Chelny makes a substantial contribution into economy of Tatarstan. 

On 15 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument of Musa Jalil held at the 1st May Square with participation of the poet’s daughter Chulpan Zalilova.

On 15 February in his address to residents of the republic and compatriots dedicated to the celebrations of the 120th birthday of the Tatar poet, the Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Jalil, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov wrote: “Today we are celebrating the 120th birthday of the outstanding son of our Fatherland, the Tatar poet, the Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Jalil.

On 14 February at a meeting held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a number of errands. Thus he reminded that on 15 February the republic will be celebrating the 120th birthday of the outstanding son of Tatar people, the poet and the hero Musa Jalil and gave an errand to the regional Ministry of Culture and municipalities to hold corresponding events at the high level. “The poet is a bright example of real patriotism and dedicated love to the Motherland,” he said.

On 14 February, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of the Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed that 561 courtyards are to be improve within the Our Yard programme in the republic in 2026.

On 13 February at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the Director General of the Roskadastr Tatyana Gromova and the Deputy Head of the Roseestr Directorate for the republic Liliya Burganova , the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Roseestr) Oleg  Oleg Skufinskiy discussed the results of implementation of the state programme ” the National Spatial Data System” in the republic and prospects of further cooperation.

On 13 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin got acquainted with work of the renovated industrial site of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "City Improvement" and the Gorvodzelenkhoz greenhouses  in Kazan.

The expansion of the City Improvement  site made it possible to concentrate all main capacities, repair services and staff accommodation facilities in a single location and during his tour round the facility Rustam Minnikhanov was especially interested  in working conditions of employees.
