On 11 December in the evening upon his arrival to the International Airport of Ashgabat, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Turkmenistan, was welcomed by representatives of the Administration of the country, the Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan in Turkmenistan Ruslan Kabirov and other officials.

On 11 December, speaking at a solemn event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Arbitrage Court of the Volga District held in the Kazan City Hall, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all judges, court employees and old stagers with the event and said:” Over the years, the Arbitration Court of the Volga District has established itself as an authoritative judicial institution”.

On 11 December, participating in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes”, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took several Christmas balls with children's wishes from the tree located in the Office Building of the Kazan Kremlin which was the venue for a meeting of the Council under the Rais of the republic on Interethnic and Interreligious Relations.

On 11 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of Russian Highways State Company Vyacheslav Petushenko discussed issues of further development of highways network in the republic and the implementation of projects related to construction of federal roads.

On 10 December during his working trip to the UAE the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the sea terminal of the industrial park and the free economic zone JAFZA located in the frontier West of Dubai not far from Abu-Dhabi and which is the flagship free zone of the DP World.

On 10 December during his working trip to the UAE the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the DP World Group Chairman and the CEO Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem.

The DP World is one of the largest world port operators, managing more than 78 sea terminals and the largest industrial park in the world Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA).

On 10 December during his working trip to the UAE the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the President of the Marathon Investment Group Aleksandr Vinokurov, who is also the Chairman of the Russia –Emirates Business Council. 

On 10 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working trip to the United Arab Emirates to take part in the Russia-Emirates business forum in Dubai, which is one of platforms for the development of the strategic partnership of Russia and the Emirates.

December 9 is the International Anti-Corruption Day, an important reminder an important reminder of the need to unite efforts to combat one of the key challenges of our time. Corruption significantly harms all areas of our lives, distorting economic processes and undermining social justice. This is why combating this phenomenon is a priority for government agencies at all levels.

On December 8, during his working visit to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects held by Russian President Vladimir Putin with participation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at which Russian President emphasized that national projects are key instruments for achieving national goals. A comprehensive regulatory framework was developed to launch them across the board with funding sources identified and digital monitoring of the results organized which relies on assessments from citizens, businesses and professional communities, as well as on quarterly opinion polls.
