On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin  reported the statistics on collection of utility payments and payment discipline.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that 170 educational facilities will have capital overhaul by federal and regional programmes, having added that the bulk of the projects are planned to begin at the start of the summer holidays.

On 28 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov and the Governor of the Amur region Vasiliy Orlov took part in a ceremony of opening  the International Russia-China festival of winter sports ZimFestAmur  held in Blagoveshchensk  on 28 February and I March.

On 27 February after acquaintance with the operation of the Vostochny launching facility the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of the Amur region Vasiliy Orlov went to the Patriot military-patriotic park located at the polygon of the Far Eastern Guards Higher Combined Arms Command School where they walked round the copy of Albazin stockade which was built in 1665 and played an important role in  the struggle of the Russian state with the Chinese Qing Empire for the possession of the Amur region and the right to collect yasak from its inhabitants.

Upon his arrival to the Amur region the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov accompanied by the Governor of the region Vasiliy Orlov went to the Vostochny launching facility located in 180 kilometers from Blagoveshchensk, where he got acquainted with the Soyuz launch pad designed for launches of the Soyuz-2 family of rockets.

A unique mobile service tower which makes it possible to carry out all pre-launch work under the harshest climatic conditions has become the launch facility business card.

On 27 February upon his arrival on a working trip to the airport of Blagoveshchensk, the Amur region, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was welcomed by the Governor of the region Vasliy Orlov. During his stay in the region the Rais of the republic plans to visit a number of facilities and historical sites and to take part in a ceremony of opening the International Russia-China festival of winter kinds of sports “ZimFestAmur” to be held on 28 February and 1 March on ice of the Amur River on the Russia-China border.

On February 25, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part a meeting of the Bureau of the Supreme Council of the United Russia party.

Participants discussed a number of issues, including preparations for the upcoming elections to the 9th convocation of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, scheduled for 18–20 September 2026.

On February 25, on the sidelines of the International Scientific Conference “Dynamic Processes in the Chemistry of Organoelement Compounds,” which is widely recognized by the international scientific community, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part a solemn event marking the 70th anniversary of the Research Director of Arbuzov Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry, Academician Oleg Sinyashin.

On February 25, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and the President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov and other officials paid a visit to the Arbuzov Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry, which was timed to coincide with the 70th anniversary of the Research Director of Arbuzov Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry, Academician Oleg Sinyashin.

Founded in 1945, the institute is the largest chemical research center of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the Volga region. Its work encompasses both fundamental research and applied solutions addressing national and regional priorities. The institute currently employs 233 researchers and develops advanced areas including new pharmaceuticals and biomedical technologies, innovative materials and green chemistry.

On 24 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to the Republic of Abkhazia, and the President of the republic Badra Gunba looked round the Dioskuri Embankment which is under restoration in Sukhumi.

The work on the Embankment which is more than one kilometer long is planned to be completed by 1 June.
