On 10 June, speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers held with participation of the Director of the regional office of the Rosselkhozbank Lyalya Kudermetova, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov informed that the sowing campaign has been completed and the farmers have started forage conservation all over the republic.

On 10 June at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov and the Chairman of the Council of Centrosoyuz of Russia Dmitriy Zubov discussed issues of their further interaction.

In particular, they touched upon such topics as organizing work of the consumer cooperation under current conditions, supplying rural residents with necessary goods and services and active interaction with local self-government bodies.

On 10 June at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov and the Military Prosecutor of Central Military District, Major General of Justice Konstantin Olkhovatenko discussed current issues of the agenda and touched upon others topics.

On 9 June at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin held with participation of the regional minister of Sport Vladimir Leonov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Russian Student Sport Union Sergey Kryukov discussed issues of the development of the student sport and the implementation of a number of joint projects of the republic and the Union.

On 9 June at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov and the Chairman of Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev discussed issues of further cooperation in various spheres and the implementation of joint projects.

On 9 June at its meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov in the Government House of the republic, the interdepartmental commission for urban development in historic settlements considered development sites in the historical part on Kazan and at the town-island of Sviyazhsk.

On 9 June during his working trip to Tatarstan, Russian Deputy Minister of Defense, Army General Viktor Goremykin, who is also the Chief of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, took part in a solemn ceremony of closing the III International Cadets Friendship Festival “In unity there is strength!” held at the Kazan Suvorov Military School of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

On 7 June in his address to residents of the republic on the occasion of celebrations of the Tatar national holiday Sabantuy, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated everyone with the holiday and said: “The folk wisdom which is passed from generation to generation pays special attention to values of hard work and respect for traditions while achieving set goals.

On 6 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects held by Russian President Vladimir Putin via videoconference.

The key topic was the launch of new national projects aimed at achieving Russia’s national development goals for the period to 2030 and beyond to 2036.

On 6 June, in his welcoming speech at a ceremonial event dedicated to the Russian Language Day and 226th birthday of Aleksandr Pushkin  held in the Jalil State Opera and Ballet Theatre in Kazan with participation of the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “I congratulate you with the Russian Language Day which is quite justifiably celebrated on the birthday of the Great Russian Poet Aleksandr Pushkin. His works are filled with respectsand love to Russian traditions, language and culture and have had a substantial impact on the development of Russian poetry and fiction. His appeal to folk tales, epics and legends is a contribution to the preservation of folklore heritage as an integral part of Russian identity.
