On 23 December in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in more than 50 state awards of Russia and the republic.

Speaking to participants of the ceremony, the Rais of the republic said: “According to a well-established tradition, on New Year's Eve we honor the most distinguished Tatarstan residents in the Kazan Kremlin. Today here we have representatives of the republic who are for all of us an example of professionalism, dedication to their work, and honest service to the Fatherland. It is my pleasure to hand in high state awards of Russia and Tatarstan to you.”  

On 22 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing over a certificate for 15 new buses for the public transportation fleet in Nizhnekamsk municipality, held with participation of regional Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov, the Head of Nizhnekamsk municipality Radmir Belyaev, the Director of the Middle Volga branch of the Gazprom Gas fuel company Bulat Gazizullin and other officials.

On 22 December during his working trip to Almetyevsk municipality, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an event of handing over keys from Lada Largus cars to the Shaygardanovs and the Daishevs  families with many children in Almetyevsk.

On 22 December during his working trip to Almetyevsk municipality, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the renovated madrasah after R. Fakhreddin in Almetyevsk, which earlier was a property of one of oil companies and was completely redesigned.

The new madrasah is one of the leading educational institutions of Russia with about 550 students including 150 full time male and 94 female students, and its geography covers not only the Volga region but also Central Russia, the Urals and Siberia.

On 22 December during his working trip to Almetyevsk municipality, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening a modern perinatal center of Almetyevsk inter-regional multi-profile hospital.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin  informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day,   Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “

Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

On 19 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Culture of the republic Irada Ayupova, the Aide to the Rais Olesya Baltsova, and the Chairman of the regional Committee for Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites Ivan Guschin visited the Yevgeniy Boratynskiy museum in the center of Kazan where he looked round the estate complex from the beginning of the 19th century (architect F.I. Petondi)  which includes  the main house, an annex and the estate territory.

On 19 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Culture of the republic Irada Ayupova visited the museum of the composer Salikh Saydashev in Kazan which was opened after reconstruction on 3 December 2025 at a solemn ceremony dedicated to the 125th birthday of the composer.

On 18 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov discussed issues of achieving the economic indicators of the region by the end of 2025, further development of the economy, fulfillment of all budgetary obligations, as well as the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan.
