Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on annual leave on March 28 – April 2, 2016. In accordance with the article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov will fulfill his duties during this period.

On March 26, at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic reported on preparation of equipment for spring agricultural work. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with the participation of Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

On March 26, at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture of the republic Irek Faizullin presented the analysis of citizens’ appeals regarding the provision of housing and utilities services in February.

On March 25, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, CEO of Federal-Mogul Powertrain Rainer Jueckstock discussed prospects of cooperation between Tatarstan and the company in engineering, particularly, in heavy trucks production and complete equipment for the automotive industry.

On March 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and First Deputy Chairman of Central Bank of Russia Alexey Simanovsky visited “Amal” financial house in Kazan. Director of the financial house Rashid Nizameev told about activity of the organization and plans on its further development.

The center of partner banking opened in Kazan today with the participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, First Deputy Chairman of the bank of Russia Alexey Simanovsky, Chairman of the Muslim Spiritual Administration, mufti of Tatarstan Kamil hazrat Samigullin.

On March 23, an investment project of the innovation unit for refining heavy oil was presented at a board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” at Tatarstan Government House. The session was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
