The session was dedicated to the creation of new institute - the Agency for technological development.

On February 5, at Tatarstan Government House, speaking at an extended meeting on results of work of enterprises and organizations supervised by Volga Region Office of Federal Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Oversight Service, Rostekhnadzor on providing industrial and energy security in 2015 and tasks for 2016, Chief of Federal Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Oversight Service Alexei Aleshin said that one of the main ways to improve the supervising work of Rostekhnadzor is to increase the industrial safety level along with eliminating excessive administrative barriers, which are not mutually exclusive activities.
