On November 15 Tatarstan Prime Minister, Head of Chistopol municipal region Ildus Akhmetzyanov, President of “Delrus” took part in a solemn launching of first stage of the plant "Delrus" for the production of medical products.

On November 15 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan Vice-President Ildar Khalikov and Vice-President of Elsevier Mr. Jay Si Haneke discussed prospects of cooperation in research and education area.

On November 15 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of Supervisory board of the Fund of assistance in development of venture investments in small research and technology enterprises, where Director General of Ak Bars Capital Aleksei Dorogov presented report on fund’s activity for 2012 and first half-year of 2013.

On November 15 at their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief Editor of ZAO “Publishing House “Komsomolskaya Pravda” Vladimir Sungorkin discussed issues of cooperation between Tatarstan and “Publishing House “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, promotion of tourist and investment potential of the republic and further development of “Komsomolskaya Pravda” office in Kazan.

On November 14 a solemn event on summarizing results and awarding winners of IV contest of social and cultural projects of OAO “RITEK” and charity foundation “Lukoil” in Tatarstan took place in Kazan.
