On October 31, speaking at the panel discussion within the framework of international Moscow forum “Open Innovations” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that IT-city Innopolis, being created in Tatarstan, would become the main center for developing IT-industry in Russia, attracting talented specialists from the whole country.
