By initiative of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov families of deceased veterans of combat operations in Afghanistan will receive one-time financial aid in the sum of 10 thousand rubles.

On February 21 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Nurlat region to take part in session of the local council on results of work in 2013 and tasks for 2014, and inspect the process of low-grade wood procurement for needs of Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry located in Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”.

On February 21 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian First Deputy Minister of Defence - Chief of General Staff of Russian Armed Forces, General of the Army Valery Gerasimov took part in solemn presentation of Combat Banner to Kazan higher military school. The event was held on the threshold of 95th anniversary of the military school.

Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin is on a working trip in Aznakaevo and Bavly regions.

On February 20 speaking at a summary meeting of Tatarstan Arbitration Court Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated that civilized court decisions on economic disputes are important to increase the investment attractiveness of Tatarstan. 

On February 20 at Road Show meeting “Tools of project support and monitoring of road maps” of National business initiative Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan takes part in all projects implemented by the Agency of strategic initiatives.
