On April 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on construction, reconstruction and repair of road and street system, construction of a new tram line in Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as development of industrial sites at IT Park in Naberezhnye Chelny.

On April 14 at an annual shareholders meeting of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that oil processing and petrochemistry are growing points of Tatarstan economy. He also noted that OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” is the biggest polystyrene producers in the world. For 12 years we have been launching new large-scale production, and today we also took part in solemn launching of the 4th stage of polystyrene production at OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”, Rustam Minnikhanov reminded.
