On September 1, during his working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony to mark the commissioning of the first rental house for specialists of Naberezhnye Chelny IT park.

On September 1, during his working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade and Mayor of the city Vasil Shaikhraziev visited an upgraded line for production of cardboard at the Naberezhnye Chelny Paper and Paperboard Mill named after Sergey Titov.
