On October 18, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a number of orders. In accordance with the order №УП-992 dated as of October 17, 2014, Yakupov Linar was released from the office of Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. Taliya Minullina was appointed Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency in accordance with the order № УП-993 dated as of October 17, 2014.

On October 19, Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a session of Operation Headquarters on control over agricultural and food markets in the Republic of Tatarstan at Tatarstan Government House. Members of the Operation Headquarters discussed proposals on stimulation of demand for domestic products.

On October 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in All-Russia video conference on measures on development of livestock farming and small businesses in rural areas held by Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev.

On October 17, at his meeting with Chinese delegation led by Vice-governor of Hunan province Li Youzhi, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov thanked them for their visit and said that Tatarstan is actively developing international cooperation.

On October 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in tree planting near Family Centre “Kazan”.

On October 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in opening of the educational seminar on the National rating of the investment climate in Russian regions at Tatarstan Government House.

On October 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of Naberezhnye Chelny city executive committee, where Nail Magdeev was appointed Head of city executive committee.
