On November 25, at a briefing of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on the upcoming ten-day event for people with disabilities scheduled to start on December 3, it was said that the Kazan metro and international airport are Russia's most accessible facilities for people with disabilities.

On November 25, at Tatarstan Government House, a regular board session of Tatfent Oil Company chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was held.

The 19th meeting of the Tatarstan regional political council of “United Russia” was held today. The key issue on the agenda was participation of the “United Russia” at the 2015 election campaigns. Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President's Administrative Office Asgat Safarov was appointed as head of the regional election headquarters. Chairman of Tatarstan State Council, Secretary of the regional branch of “United Russia” Farid Mukhametshin chaired the meeting.

On November 23, during his working trip to United Arab Emirates, Tatarstan President met the Minister of Economy Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori in Dubai. Rustam Minnikhanov noted a considerable experience of relations between Tatarstan and UAE, reminded about previous visits of Tatarstan delegations and reached arrangements.

On November 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over awards to winners of the contest “Best government employee of the Republic of Tatarstan” at Tatarstan Government House.

On November 21, at the final of II international television song contest “Turkvidenie” at Tatneft-arena complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the pennant of the cultural capital of Turkic world to Turkmenistan Minister of culture Annageldi Garadzhaev.15 performers took part in the event.

On November 21, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY Dusen Kaseinov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Ministers of Culture of Turkic countries – members of the organization – Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and observer countries – Altai, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Tyva, and Khakassia took part in the 32nd session of Permanent Council of ministers of culture of TURKSOY member countries.
