On December 1, in Ankara, during his working visit to Turkey, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met heads of some Turkish companies. Aide to Tatarstan President on International Affairs Radik Gimatdinov also took part in the meetings at the headquarters of the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone.

On December 1, at the Turkish Ministry of Economy in Ankara, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Economy of Turkey Nihat Zaybekci said that intensive economic cooperation with Tatarstan contributes to developing relations between Turkey and Russia.

On November 30, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Ankara, was met by Ankara Vice-governor Hamza Duygun. Upon arrival, Rustam Minnikhanov met with representatives of the Tatar diaspora and told them that the republic is developing relations with Tatars all over the world and helping to retain national traditions and culture.

On November 29, Tatarstan President accompanied by the State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, deputy of Russian State Duma Evgeny Grishin, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov, Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Tatyana Larionova, Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin, Minister of Transport and Roads Lenar Safin, Minister of Construction Irek Faizullin, and Head of Zelenodolsk region Aleksandr Tygin visited the island town of Sviyazhsk.

On November 29, on the Mother's Day eve, at the Kazan Kremlin, a traditional ceremony to honor large families of Tatarstan was held. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in medals "Maternal Glory" to nine mothers of large families.

On November 29, speaking at a traditional weekly video-conference, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that agricultural regions of Tatarstan holding food fairs in large cities of the republic is of great benefit to residents of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny.

On November 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held meetings of the Boards of guardians of non-profit organizations "Investment and venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and " Fund to pomote venture investment development into small businesses in scientific and technical field of the Republic of Tatarstan.”
