On 9 December in his address on the occasion of the International Anticorruption Day the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov wrote:

“Corruption is among dangerous social phenomena having a negative influence on the life of the society. Violation of principles of equality and justice is the most serious consequence of corruption which is a substantial obstacle for legal and social and economic development of the state.

On 9 December in his congratulation of Tatarstan residents with the Heroes of the Fatherland Day the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin wrote:

“The Heroes of the Fatherland Day is celebrated in Russia every year on 9 December and symbolizes strength, courage, uncrushable spirit and valour of those who defend our country and those who by their work have made a substantial contribution into the development of the society.

On 7 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the international award “We are together” in the nomination “The Russian entity” handed in for the development of civic society and solution of social problems and held in Moscow Manege. 

On 7 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov attended an agricultural fair at the Kazan agribusiness park, where he talked to sellers and buyers, evaluated the range of products and visited the production shop. 

On 7 December at a regular meeting in the Government House of the republic the Ak Bars Bank handed in certificates for new equipment to regional Ministry of Healthcare and Ministry of Education.

On 6 December, speaking at his meeting with the Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Russia Ahmed Abdulrahman Mahmoud Ismail Al-Saati in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized: “We attach great attention to the interaction with Bahrain. Leaders of our countries maintain a constant liaison and Tatarstan at its levels tries to make its contribution into the development of cooperation within the framework of Russia-Bahrain relations.” 

On 6 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of Russian Federal Assembly Anna Kuznetsova discussed issues of implementation of the regional programme of raising the birth rate, strengthening the institute of family and family values and the measures of supporting participants of the special military operation and their families.

On 5 December in her congratulatory address to volunteers on the occasion of the International Volunteer Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleev said:

“On behalf of the Government of the republic and from me personally I congratulate you with the International Volunteer Day.

On 4 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Rector of Moscow Aircraft Institute Mikhail Pogosyan discussed priority spheres in developing cooperation of the Moscow Institute with organizations of the educational complex and enterprises of the republic.

On 4 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for Tatarstan Eduard Khialeev, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director of Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Arkady Gostev discussed issues of cooperation of the Government of the republic and the Service in such spheres as social adaptation and rehabilitation of convicts, the development of industrial sector in penitentiaries and interaction in post-penitentiary probation.
