On October 5, during his working trip to Japan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited RIKEN engineering center. RIKEN is a large research institute in Japan that was founded in 1917. It is currently an independent scientific organization that unites 3, 000 scientists from different countries around the world. They work at 18 institutes and centers located in 9 campuses.

On October 5, the act about completion of guarantee tests of OAO “Ammoni” complex was handed over to Tatarstan President in Tokyo during his working meeting with leadership of construction companies.

On October 5, during his working trip to Japan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of Russian-Japanese Advisory Council chaired by Russian Vice-premier Arkady Dvorkovich and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Russia Tikahito Harada. Members of governments of two countries that coordinate main issues under discussion took part in the session.
