On April 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Chairman of Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgiz Gulazov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov , Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Minister of justice Larisa Glukhova, and Head of the Administration of Justice Department Zyavdat Salikhov visited a new building of magistrates in Aviastroitelny district of Kazan.
