On March 14, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Governor of Samarkand region (Republic of Uzbekistan) Himmat Okbutayev.

On March 14, it was reported at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Ak Bars Hockey Academy named after Yu.I. Moiseyev that Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ak Bars Hockey Academy named after Yu.I. Moiseyev.

On March 14, speaking at a meeting of Tatarstan Government on the implementation of the state programme "Energy Saving and Increasing Energy Efficiency in Tatarstan for 2014-2020", Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that all enterprises should be actively involved in introducing energy-saving technologies. 

On March 14, it was stated at a solemn opening of the 18th International Exhibition “Energy. Resource Saving" and the 17th International Symposium “Energy and Resource Efficiency and Energy Saving” at the Kazanskaya Yarmarka exhibition center that over the last five years, Russia has managed to save around 300 million tonnes of equivalent fuel due to the measures taken to increase energy efficiency.

On March 11, speaking at a plenary session of the 6th All-Russian meeting of entrepreneurs from Tatar villages at the Kortson Entertainment Complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that despite difficulties in the economy, business in Tatar villages has withstood and continues to develop.
