Rustam Minnihanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, shared a Christmas message.

On January 6 the State Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Sjaymiyev, the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin, members and old stagers of the State Council and representatives of the community took part in a ceremony of unveiling the memorial plaque to Vasiliy Likhachev, who was a well-known state and public leader of Tatarstan and Russia. The ceremony was dedicated to Likhachev’s 70-th anniversary and the plaque was hugh up on the wall of a house where he lived.

On December 30, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Eli Isaev discussed issues of interaction in the system of treasury payments at the regional level, the results of financial and economic activities of recipients of budget funds and other issues of current activities.

On December 29, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the opening of the children’s polyclinic in Zelenobolsk and via video-link - the polyclinic in Agriz.

On December 27, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the Black Lake park in Kazan, where the opening of an ice rink took place.

On December 24, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Volga Interregional Environmental Prosecutor Aleksander Ilyushin discussed issues related to the activities of the department in the field of environmental protection measures, the implementation of national and federal projects, in the field of strengthening law and order in the sphere of environmental protection and nature management in the Volga basin, and other topical issues.

On December 23, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the field of providing modern and high-tech services for the transportation, storage and forwarding of goods with CEO pf Modul Company Aleksander Altshuller.

On December 22, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Russian Federation Andrei Gurovich discussed issues of developing cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and Tatarstan, strengthening facilities (purchase and overhaul of fire and rescue equipment and modernization of fire protection facilities), ensuring the safety of citizens and the territory.

On December 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on further development of the territory of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone.

On December 21, during his working visit to Saint Petersburg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of Gazprom Energy Company Alexey Miller signed an agreement on cooperation.
