On 27 May in Tashkent the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Uzbekistan as a member of a Russian delegations headed by the President of the country Vladimir Putin, signed agreements on trade-economic, scientific-technical, social and cultural-humanitarian cooperation of Tatarstan with the Government office in Jizzakh and with the Joqarǵı Keńes of the Republic of Qaraqalpaqstan.

On 27 May at his meeting in Tashkent with Uzbekistan Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Uzbekistan as a member of a Russian delegation headed by the President of the country Vladimir Putin, stated that Uzbekistan is a strategic partner of the Russian Federation and a visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin after his inauguration proves this.

On 26 May in the evening the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to Uzbekistan to take part in events of the Council of Russian Regions and Uzbekistan as a member of the Russian delegation. 

The agenda of the Rais visit includes taking part in events with participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and signing a number of agreements.

On 26 May, welcoming participants and guests of the Karavon Public Holiday in the Settlement of Nikolskoye in Laishevo region of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  thanked all guests, participants and organizers of the event and said: “ The Russian public holiday of Karavon becomes more and more attractive with every year. This is traditions, spirit and our country.”

On 26 May during his working trip to Laishevo region of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended the Aerodrome in the Village of Karaishevo where he got acquainted with the work of the Aviation Training Center Academy 033 which trains aircraft specialists for commercial, business and private aviation.

In his address on the occasion of Russian public holiday Karavon the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  congratulated residents of the republic with the holiday and wrote:

On 25 May in the Kazan Kremlin, speaking at a ceremony of commending the Syntez sports club, which won the Russian Cup and Russian Water Polo Championship in 2023-2024, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated athletes with the Syntez 50th birthday and remarkable results of the season.

On 25 May at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that all traditional festivities in the republic should be held at the highest level.

On 25 May at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave errands on preparation of summer recreation campaign, which starts in the republic from 1 June.

On 24 May at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Russian Book Union Sergey Stepashin , who came to Kazan to take part in events of the festival “The Literature Flagship of Russia” held on 23-25 May, issued further steps in strengthening business connections, development of the book industry market and measures for making reading more popular.
