On 9 September in his welcoming speech at a ceremony of opening of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week – 2024 held for the fifth time at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:”I am happy to welcome you in Tatarstan at the opening of the International Forum” and expressed words of gratitude to the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin for his decision to give the federal status to the event.

On 9 September in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts Vahid Hajiyev.

At its exposition at an exhibition of the International Forum Kazan Digital Week 2024 which began on 9 September at the Kazan Exhibition Center, the Innopolis Innovations Center has exhibited its stand which shows the opportunities of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Innopolis and the Innopolis University and represents projects of the IT University and residents of the SEZ, such as the Ecosystem of IT solutions for corporate communications from the IVA Technologies Company, the first domestic mobile operational system Aurora from the Open Mobile Platform Company, software-hardware complexes and specialized world-level software and electronic equipment on the basis of the Mars-Arsenal platform by Mars-Technologies Company and others.

On 8 September at his a meeting with Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Astana the the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to Kazakhstan on a working trip to take part in a ceremonial opening of the World Nomad Games, congratulated the Kazakhstan President with hosting the V World Nomad Games in Astana.

On 8 September upon his arrival to the Astana International Airport, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to Kazakhstan on a working trip by an invitation of the Kazakh party to take part in a ceremonial opening of the World Nomad Games, was welcomed by Kazakhstan Minister of Trade and Construction Kanat Sharlapaev and other officials.

On 8 September at a polling station in the Settlement of Borovoye Matyushino the Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a ballot in the elections of members of the regional State Council of the VII convocation.

On 8 September at the 1747 polling station in the Settlement of Borovoye Matyushino of the republic the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov took part in a ballot in the elections of members of the regional State Council of the VII convocation.

On 8 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with his spouse took part in a ballot in the elections of members of the regional State Council of the VII convocation, where 50 members will be elected by Party lists and the same number by single member constituencies, with 397 people running for the election.

On 7 September in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with the Soviet and Russian Military Commander Colonel General Anatoliy Sergeev, who was the Commander in Chief of the Volga-Urals and the Volga military districts from 1991 to 2002 and retired in 2022.

On 7 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Office of regional Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, the Minister of Transport and Road Economy of the republic Farit Khanifov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials, looked round a number of transport infrastructure facilities and gave assessment to capital-intensive road economy structures in Kazan, including Voznesenskiy Trakt and Gorkiy Highway.
