On 2 April late at night the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to Dushanbe – the capital of Tajikistan, where he plans to meet the leadership of the country, to have negotiations with the Administration of the Sughd region and to take part in the Tajikistan-Tatarstan business forum in Khujand.
A delegation of business circles of the republic arrived to Dushanbe on 1 April and already had negotiations in the Ministry of New Technologies and Industry of Tajikistan and had a meeting in the Russian Trade Representative Office where they were told about possible spheres of cooperation.
On 2 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev took part in a business breakfast organized by the Novikom Bank on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Energy Forum Energoporm at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.
Welcoming participants of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of the Novikom Bank Elena Georgieva said that the bank has been working with Tatarstan enterprises for more than 30 years. In December 2023 it signed a partnership agreement with the Government of the republic. “I sincerely wish colleagues to find necessary business bonds and new interesting projects which will be for the benefit of the Russian industry and the fuel and energy complex,” she said.
On 2 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Energetics Sergey Tsivilev and the Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan Daler Juma took part in a ceremony of opening Tatarstan Energy Forum Energoprom at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.
On 2 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Energy Forum Energoporm in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev and the Administration of the Iranian Mapna Group Company discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects of using Mapna Group competences in implementation of potential projects in power industry. The Group in the largest producer of main power industry machines in Iran including gas and steam turbines, electric generators, boilers, electric systems and control systems.
